We’re seeking someone who shares our customer-first approach and has a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders across all levels, combined with a strong understanding of the agricultural sector, will be key to your success.
The role offers a high degree of autonomy, empowering you to manage and grow a varied portfolio of agricultural grass seed sales. As part of a small, energetic, and proactive team, you’ll have great scope to expand and enhance the business in a dynamic environment. The role will require regular travel within your defined region, as well as occasional visits to the head office and other locations for key events.

What you’ll need:
- Agricultural industry experience (required) Seed specific would be advantageous.
- Demonstrable sales experience (5yrs+)
- Team player and self-starter
- Flexible approach to the seasonality of the industry
