Amenity Regional Sales Manager

Do you enjoy building lasting relationships and driving sales growth? Are you a natural at providing expert advice and support to customers? If so, we want you on our team as an Amenity Regional Sales Manager at Barenbrug, for the North of England and Scotland.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Be Customer Focused: Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do—creating positive, lasting relationships.
  • Account Management: Excel at managing and developing a diverse range of customers, from distributors to end-users, within your region.
  • Technical Expertise: Offer expert advice on products, features, and application techniques to help customers succeed.
  • Business Partnering: Be a trusted business partner, providing both technical and commercial insight to help your customers grow.
  • Sales Growth: Increase sales through targeted approaches, including reaching out to new and former customers.
  • Support: Provide support through in-person visits, video calls, and phone conversations, while resolving any customer concerns swiftly.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay on top of industry trends and developments, keeping yourself informed and ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborative Effort: Work with Marketing on campaigns and events, using your market knowledge to drive success.
  • Event Representation: Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events with confidence.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Do you have at least 3 years of sales experience and a proven track record?
  • Are you passionate about the Amenity industry, with seed knowledge being a plus?
  • Are you a self-starter who thrives working independently, but also enjoys contributing to the team?
  • Must be based in Scotland or the North of England.
  • Must have a full UK driving licence.
